Scrolling is Glitching for PDF files

When I scroll down PDF files, the scrolling is very choppy and glitchy. I had the same issue with Google Chrome, as Opera seems to use the same PDF viewer. I came to think that this issue was with Chromium browsers, but with Microsoft Edge the scrolling is completely fine.

I am currently using the Adobe PDF Viewer, but it would be convenient to be able to use the Opera one without the scrolling glitching.

I am using Windows 10 on a powerful ASUS laptop.

I would be grateful for any comments or upvotes - I am sure I am not the only one!
