Opera causing very high latency on Twitch

hi, i was previously using chrome and also edge, and watch streamers on twitch. when using chrome or edge, if in twitch settings i check the latency to broadcaster, it is around 1.5 seconds, however if i use opera browser and check latency to broadcaster, it is around 8 seconds! does anyone know what the problem is with opera to cause this?

Hey,

I would recommend you to use Opera GX.
this is a special version of the Opera browser. It was specially developed as a gaming addition.

And it works great!!

hi, thanks for the suggestion, i am currently using edge again now but if i try opera again i will certainly try the version of opera you suggested
