Latest Opera Release introduces Cross Platform Bug in 'Video' Tag

This is a Cross Platform bug, happens on latest Opera on both Mac and Windows 10. Just introduced in last release.
Tested on my regular dev machine, and a Brand New install of latest Opera on Windows (on a machine that never had Opera installed before).
How to Reproduce:
- Load https://8mb.video/videotag.html
- Look in the dev console
Expected Behavior:
- No errors
Observed Behavior:
- Multiple Javascript errors
Caused by the video tag -- doesn't matter if it's empty or populated with normal looking attributes.
This just started happening and I wasted a lot of time trying to identify this bug.
