Tranfer local cookies

I use multiple computers on a daily basis. I have one website that I use to keep some sort of list. The list is saved through my local cookies, but I can't seem to copy those properly. Both computers have the exact same versions of Windows 10 Pro and Opera GX, so theoretically it should work. However, I'm not even able to properly export the local cookies. Whenever I try to copy them, zip them, or do anything really, because the files get corrupt or simply treated as non-existent.
Is there a way for me to properly transfer the local cookies? Having to update 2 lists multiple times a day is really a big pain in the butt.

@zombieglory Cookies usually can't be copied from one place to another.
