How do I complete a crypto wallet transaction?

After making a transaction with crypto Wallet to buy ethereum, I thought that I had already done everything necessary. Even on the Opera screen he said it was all done. But my crypto currencies haven't arrived yet. I asked the exchange, and they have told me that one more confirmation is missing. But how do I fix this problem?
