Converting WEBP images to PNG

Is there any setting that allows you to customize how images are saved? specifically with PNG images, WEBP images cause too many issues with use, and being able save them as PNG files instead would be highly useful (to me, maybe others). Firefox had settings that could be adjusted so that all WEBP images you tried to save saved as PNG instead, I'm hoping there's something similar in GX or could be implemented
