[Solved]Opera making notification sound even when browser sounds are disabled

I have browser sounds disabled, all the sidebar apps disabled.

I am using these extensions:
Grammar and Spell Checker
SaveFrom.net
Web Boost
Steam Inventory Helper
Enhancer for YouTube
Volume Control

The sound seems to play randomly but its min 5 minutes for an other sound.
