opera crashing on youtube

A few times a day, Opera crashes while I'm watching youtube. I press skip ad and then it gets stuck. When I try to refresh the page, ram usage keeps going up to 100% and crashes.

I'm having the same problem for quite a while now... If you find a solution, please share it, I'll do the same. Thx -

@LoreDamN you can close the tab and reopen it so opera doesn't crash but thats annoying. I might have time to look for a fix on saturday

@coconutbeans I found a couple of similar cases and the recommended solution was to disable the hardware acceleration. I did it here without success.
In my experience, the crashes are happening when scrolling down youtube's first page. I also noticed that my vga's driver is crashing at the same time. Maybe there's a cause/effect relationship. I'll continue searching and keep you posted.
Dunno if it helps, but my config is: Ryzen 3600, 32gb 3600Mhz, VGA Radeon 5600XT. Windows 10 Pro Build 19042, Opera 73.

I think I found a solution. If you are using Enhancer for YouTube extension like me, turn on the adblock in the Enhancer and turn off the opera adblocker for youtube.

Thanks for your reply and insight!
I'm not using Enhancer but I was using Adblock Plus altogether with Opera's adblock. Disabling Adblock plus my problem completely disappeared! Hope yours tooThanks so much!
