opera can't access to internet from a specific wifi

i woke up today like usual, booting up my laptop, opening up my browser, then i got surprised, opera
doesn't load up any page, can't acces the internet,
i though this was just some kind of lag, i tried to relunch the browser, i tested my network on chrome, it was fine!, i tried to re install the whole application by saving up my data, but nothing is working, still seeing that can't access the internet page, i tried to switch up my wifi to an other one, surprise! it works!!!! what the hell???, this is by far the strangest thing it happen to me,
im running on a win7 32bits, the network in boths wifis is fine, other browsers working perfectly on it but opera doesn't work with my local wifi (but it work fine with other wifis!) what can i do?
