How come Leo is not one of us?
Impossible to not remember about @Tamil. He used to help so many users and interact with other members...
The badge feels like a gentle homage to him. :3I don't know about Leo - maybe he's using a new account. As of Tamil - maybe a user should happen to the new forums first?

I see there's now a birthday cake badge ... no, not me, but another prominent member.
I guess it was introduced the same moment as the others. You didn't just notice.
There was (is! why!) another prominent member who indicated that for me quite a while back.
