Radio Stream Stopped Working. Mixed Content Problem?

Hello Opera Forum - Trying hard to get radio channel, CRN4, from Chatsworth, CA. It used to work fine. Something changed. It uses a TuneIn player, and, hence, the stream doesn't work on TuneIn either. The ad that plays while it tries to load, plays fine. Upon inspection of WebSite, everything points to "Mixed Content" and possible incompatibilities between HTTP and HTTPS. Over my head. It doesn't work on any PC I have, and any Browser I use. It does, however, work on any Apple product: iPads, MacBooks, etc.
Is this effort futile, or can I tweak something to get this to work on PC? Thanks for any help, and thanks for Opera, my favorite browser. -
