Opera wants to access key in keychain - unable to allow

When accessing Microsoft Office using our corporate OKTA SSO website I get the attached request to enter my Password and allow Opera access to my keychain. When entering my PW the request won't go away and I only can get rid of it by pressing "Deny".

Any ideas please?
