      Still using Opera12 (for Link, wand etc), but trying to migrate. A missing feature once started is the ","-trick; eg;

      1. open page
      2. search for a link
      3. hit ENTER to open this link

Is there an equivalent in newer Opera-s? (O24 FWIW)

There is no such feature in new Opera, like searching for the link. However, you can still search for a text and you can use this feature in navigation purpose:

        1. Ctrl+F
        2. search for a text
        3. hopefully you are on the link, if not, use F3
        4. Ctrl+Enter

One more hint: I found Vimium extention very usefull:
          https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/vimium/dbepggeogbaibhgnhhndojpepiihcmeb

          usage:

          1. press f
          2. shortcuts to all links will show up

This is Chrome extension, so you need to install this extension first:

You can use , . / if you enable the advanced keyboard shortcuts. But it'll continue searching for link's text like Ctrl+F and F3 instead of searching in the link's hyperlink.

You can do this to access the links underneath the text result though, even with Ctrl+F:

            1. Open page
            2. Search for a link
            3. Hit Esc to close the search bar
            4. Hit Enter to open this link

Thanks a lot, both of you!
The Ctrl+Enter basically does the trick! Also nice to know about Esc, then Enter (@rafaelluik).
