The Ctrl+Enter basically does the trick! Also nice to know about Esc, then Enter (@rafaelluik).</p>

But it'll continue searching for link's <strong>text</strong> like Ctrl+F and F3 instead of searching in the link's <strong>hyperlink</strong>.</p>
<p dir="auto">You can do this to access the links underneath the text result though, even with Ctrl+F:</p>
<ol>
<li>Open page</li>
<li>Search for a link</li>
<li>Hit Esc to close the search bar</li>
<li>Hit Enter to open this link</li>
</ol>

However, you can still search for a text and you can use this feature in navigation purpose:</p>
<ol>
<li>Ctrl+F</li>
<li>search for a text</li>
<li>hopefully you are on the link, if not, use F3</li>
<li>Ctrl+Enter</li>
</ol>
