Opera won't allow Facebook permission to use camera

Opera has stopped allowing Facebook to use my webcam. I can see no way to add FB permission and it already says Facebook has permission. Not sure if the problem is the browser or if Microsoft is to blame since I have the same issue with SKYPE. I've tried all the idiot solutions so don't bother asking if the webcam is plugged in or if it works. With Opera the problem seems there is no way to add a website and give permission to use the camera. Same problem with Firefox. Says permission is granted, Facebook say access denied.
