Why did the "hover over tab and light the doubles" feature got removed?

I actually used it all the time. I compulsively let my tab bar get swarmed and it helps with uncluttering.

@leocg very strange. actually started working again right after I posted this, but very selectively. Will have to get more info or just get used to it

It should light up when the URL's are 1 to 1, right? But most of the time when I watch something there's a "t=****s" at the end and it's always different, even if I open the same video again, after pausing it.
