Can't sync any of my accounts

  • I have been using Opera for years now and have only run into this problem in the past few months. I'm trying to log in and sync my data on 3 different devices. When I log in on one device, it says I need to enter a passphrase.
    I go to do that.
    When I enter the passphrase, it says I have no synced data. Then after a few minutes, it says "Something went wrong. Synchronization has stopped because of an error. Please sign in again." and I am stuck in a loop.
    I have tried logging in and syncing using the mobile version, but when I get asked to enter a passphrase, all it every says is "Temporary server error".
    All I wanted to do was view my open tabs on another device on my mobile device. So I thought "well I can just use 'My Flow'". Well, joke's on me because when I try and scan using the QR code or typing in the manual code (while I am actually still logged in on my desktop device), I get an error there as well. I tried resetting my password as well and it didn't help at all.
    Would appreciate some help, because I haven't seen any answers anywhere online.

  • @itsAv Did you try connecting to sync using the QR Code? Did you ever set up a passphrase?

  • @leocg I tried with the QR code and the manual code, yes. And if I ever did set up a passphrase, it would have been over a year ago. I would be able to guess it as well, but they don't give me the chance due to the "server error".

  • @itsAv You said you tried to connect My Flow. So you also tried to connect to Sync using the QR Code?

    You can login but you can not input the passphrase, that's it? Or you can't even login?
