Opera GX - Sugestion list

I've been enjoying to use the opera GX but there is something that disturbes
The suggestion list that the browser gives to me
It's polluting my screen and i couldn't find how to exclude it
I would like to know how to remove it
Follow bellow the screenshot how it is (this is a 2 weeks use, in the future it may be worst)

But do you know if that is a way to turn off this function in all sites?
Or i have to do this in every list?
