Some days ago the integrated ad blocker started failing to block preroll ads in YouTube. I wonder if this is intentional?

This has been happening for several months now, but my adblocker(Yes, its enabled) has been failing to function. For some examples, youtube and crunchyroll are showing ads even though its enabled. Do I uninstall and reinstall?
I think I speak for quite a few when I would rather watch a episode on crunchyroll without an ad after the OP, in the middle, and at the end totaling for about 9 mins of ads for a 23 minute episode.

@kyeq In Opera's adblocker, what are the lists that you have enabled?

I feel like an idiot here, I'm not sure what a list is; Are you referring to add ons? If its any edit to opera I have done virtually nothing

@kyeq Adblockers usually are based on lists that says them what should be blocked.
In the adblocker section of Opera's settings page, you can manage those lists.

There are also no exceptions in what is allowed to have ads.

@kyeq This is not exactly how things work. If there is no indication that there is an ad, it will not be blocked.

@kyeq Any examples of YouTube videos with those ads? I've tried a few ones and couldn't see any ads.
