[Feature request] better speed dial, pinned workspace, and etc etc

1. disabling auto arrange on the speed dial

2. Freeform tiles on speed dial, i mean the size is customizable not just big and small and can be round or something

3. option to disable auto arrange on the speed dial,

4. put workspace shortcut on the pin bar, just like extension, using side bar kinda bothering me so this help

5. custom theme, not just dark and light, tbh the default dark color kinda sucks, i prefer dark grey

6. speed dial shortcut automatically take website icon then set it to the speed dial tile

7. option to only delete stuff from certain website, like "only delete cookies, history, etc from facebook" this help a lot

8. add "add to speed dial" button on tab>right click

9. add name on "add to opera" window

10. built in pinger, speed test, time indicator, and used speed/bandwidthon would be nice
