I can't use old opera I can't find fastest compression

HI, I do have slow speed connection here in my country when my bundle is comsumed it is limited to 32 kb,
i can't find old opera browser we used to have. or old fast compression tech
the old opera version like the one i have the old ipa of opera mini on ios and the old apk of old version of opera 2015 v 7.6
when i ope them they work for the first time once they are closed they are no longer working Iam really disappointed.

the current opera tech is the opera turbo tech it doesn' t have the old fastest compression tech when i open facebook it redirect me to new mobile facebook version not old one, and in setting there is no choice for old opera mini tech. also there is no opera on ios i do have ios 10 it doesn't have any compatible opera
is there anyway to use opera old compression tech?

@zagengn Opera Turbo was part of Opera for desktops but it was removed a long time ago.

You can find old versions of Opera Mini at http://get.opera.com/ftp/pub/opera/android/mini/ but I have no idea if they will work.
