After last update, Opera is very sluggish with animation

I always play one card game online, and now it looks like I play it on 20 years old PC. I also tried it on Opera gx, and it works smoothly. I guess that's not only a thing of one online game but many websites, which are not workable any more.

I had to go to amd catalyst control center and edit some settings to work somewhat better
