Passwords not being saved after updates

I have had this issue for a while now,every time Opera updates it saves none of my passwords...why is this? it saves every thing else why not the passwords?????? Now I'm looking up passwords or resetting passwords having to change passwords because you can't use one that has been used in the past. Emailed Opera back and forth they suggested a stand alone version which has been working fine till this morning and it tried to update overnight and guess what my passwords are not saved go figure...I had to reset my password to log in here. I've been a long time Opera user but I'm felling like its about over

Hello,
i have lost most of saved passwords within Opera today after newest update.
Any info how to recover previous state? -

@wildch1ld -- I had the same problem this morning and noticed that I had been signed out of the sync feature. Once I signed in, all of my passwords came back.
