Tabs take too much time to load after update to v70

After updating to version 70 I have big problem with loading tabs when opening new tabs it takes too long to open it just keep say loading for like minute then open

Older versions worka like a charm the only problem is auto update keeps updating to version 71 whatever I do

I tried opera and gx I did try the dev version 73 and still the problem exist

You need to go to opera settings > system, and turn off hardware acceleration and restart Opera.
To turn off the automatic updates, you need to rename the "opera_autoupdate.exe." However, this file is generated with every update and would have to be renamed a new.

That doesn't work still have problems with loading pages and opera still updating whatever I do
