@johnwill: Well reasoned set of points, but, I'm not sure that the point of the background music here is to 'get out of the way of your workflow', or to be reduced to simple 'elevator' music that just sits in the background. I think what we have here is new territory for the user. Maybe the user would like to be inspired by and epic inspirational and moving piece of music, or maybe relaxed into a calm state, or even fired-up for action. What we are asked to vote on here is what 'we' would like to back-drop our browsing activities, and I guess our answer to that question would change dependent on our mood, or activity at the time. It's all a big new world, and I think we are all different, but, certainly I would not relegate the choice to fit in with one view of the music's perceived function.

Great! but what's wrong with the old one? can't we just have multiple tracks that we can pick as we like instead of just the winning track? and the old one has really grown on me all this time using gx.

I wish that you can use all tracks and you can change the music in the settings, but if you cant, i choose either B or J
