Incorrect battery usage reading in Windows 10?

I downloaded Opera about a month ago and am enjoying the browser. However, there is one issue that I have with it. I use Opera a lot throughout the day, but whenever I go to view the battery usage by apps in Windows settings, Opera's has never changed, no matter how much I use it. It always reads "In use 0% Background <1%". I find it hard to believe the usage has been this low for such a long period of time. I can use Opera for the majority of the day watching YouTube and doing Google Meet calls, but the battery usage will always say "In use 0% Background <1%". Other apps' percentages change depending on how much I use them, but Opera's does not. If there is any fix to this, I would love to know.
Opera version 71.0.3770.198 (still had the problem I am describing with a previous version)

Hmm, not sure why it doesn't work. I can't compare with my laptop as it's only been used plugged in and the app list under the battery settings is blank (even when running on battery).
But, do you have Opera's battery saver feature turned on? Maybe it interferes with usage detection. Not sure. Can you see what Chrome, Brave, and Vivaldi do for comparison? I don't see them listed in your pic at https://www.reddit.com/r/operabrowser/comments/j57ao7/ever_since_i_downloaded_opera_no_matter_how_much/.

I do have battery saver activated. I'll try using Opera again with it turned off and look at the battery usage.
I do not have Chrome, Brave, or Vivaldi installed (may try later) but I did try two other browsers. Their usage percentages go up, unlike Opera's, as seen in the screenshot.
