Chrome Extensions 'Download' Button Not Showing up

Hey so I wanted to download a Chrome Extension, and when it asked me if I wanted to download something from chrome (I forgot what it said) I accidentally clicked 'No'. But I did want to download it and now there is no button where I can download the Chrome Extension.
Can someone tell me how to fix this or where to download Chrome Extensions?
