[Solved] Opera not saving or syncing passwords

I know you're probably not a programmer, but Linux Mint 20 moved from python 2 to python 3. Do you think that this could have anything to do with the problem?

@leocg Google chrome beta and Palemoon don't have this problem. I won't load Chromium as it's only available as a Snap package for Linux Mint 20.

@LarryH And Opera 71 is based on Chrome 85.

Can you download and install Opera developer 72 to see if the problem also happens on that version? You can check the links at https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/2020/09/opera-72-0-3806-0-developer-update/

@leocg developer 72 saves passwords as it should. I'll give it a few minutes to see if it syncs the passwords.
