How to make opera extension for my website?

Hello, everyone I have a courier related site I am working on it as my college project. I have developed a chrome extension and now I want to publish it also on opera store. Please guide me how can i convert my extension for opera store or can I publish it directly?

Hi I appreciate your answer but my question is can I convert the already made up extension from chrome to the opera addons extension.

Actually I was hoping if there is an online tool which can help me with that. When i try to upload it I get this error "No persona.ini in the package"

@romel89 I don't think such tool exists.
