3 dots in new tab tiles always white

If you go to a new tab and see your suggested tiles and favourite tiles, the 3 dots can disapear if the tile itself is white too.

If you want to do something with for example grammarly, i missclick the 3 dots sometimes because they stay white (so they are invisible).

@the-gobbledygook-theory Why someone would like something like that to happen? Why someone would want to have the dots almost invisible?

Srry if i was not clear. I mean that the dots are now invisible and that is has to be made visible.
