Hi I tried to go on a website it says

SSL connection error

Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don't have.

So If You know how to fix it tell me.

What website exactly?
Your thread title (please don't type all in upper case BTW) implies that it's all of them!
Is that so except for Opera domain sites?

Sometimes these security certificate issues can be caused by the date on your computer being set wrong. If your still using Windows XP make sure you have at least SP3. Antivirus programs can sometimes interfere as well disable yours temporarily and see if that makes any difference.

Otherwise have you tried any other browsers? And do you have the same problem?

or try this Control Panel>internet options >Content >Clear SSL State
