Add Twitter to the sidebar

The sidebar function is actually pretty cool, and I'm wishing Twitter could be a part of the list.

@leocg I mean in Opera GX, if you check the sidebar settings, there is no official sidebar for Twitter

@arxyboyy Should be there when a version of GX based on Opera 69 or newer arrives.
