Show which workspace is playing audio

Elaboration:
We've all seen how browser tabs now show us which tab is playing audio. On Opera Mac, we see this in the form of an audio wave on the bottom of a tab's Favicon.

Now we have workspaces, which means that if you have 20 tabs open in five work spaces, it can be hard to find which one is playing audio. In my case, I often forget where I'm playing my YouTube music (and when 20 tabs are open and each one looks small, it becomes even harder to find which one is playing audio!)

I propose to add an audio badge to the Workspace Icon if it has a tab open inside that's playing audio

We already have blue badges that show if a workspace has a new tab inside, so I presume that the code for an audio badge shouldn't be too hard to write?

Anyways, this is a nice little (hopefully easy) feature that I personally think would make workspaces even more fantastic
