[Regression] Flow Arrow Button Doesn't Work in Version: 69.0.3686.77

Hi all,
On my Windows machine the Flow button in the URL bar stopped working since the last update. When I press it the flow menu opens but no link gets send. I have to manually copy-paste-send the link which wasn't originally the way it worked and is worse than the original.Once sent, the link is successfully received by my phone.
