Add the option to disable 'Force Darkmode' site by site

Hi I use the experimental feature Force Darkmode. It works fine, but some website are unreadable with it. So I'd like to turn Force Darkmode off, but only for the sites where it doesn't work well.

@Bertik23 There isn't such feature in this forum. Would you be talking about the one in Opera GX?

I'm talking about the experimental feature in normal Opera.

I'd apperciate if you could move the thread to the correct topic.

Just a quick update. On Opera GX this feature is already implemented, why is it not on normal Opera?
