I just updated my Opera to version 69.0.3686.36 and after restarting to load the new version the most left pinned tab get unclicable, checking this issue I can get to close that tab if I open a duplicate and use the close duplicate function. Using a normal tab as the most left I found that it stay clickable but there is a "dead zone" to the left of that tab, near the Menu Button (the Red O) so it looks like that the issue is not with the pinned tab but with this Area of the Opera Browser.

Ok, so I was using my Opera and just found out that the "dead zone" is not just at the tab space but it is a full column ranging from the end of the sidebar to the end of the forward button, in that column everything is dead, it won´t work clicking on the bookmarks bar, back button or anything in the site that is in that column.

Ok, one last update, I had already rebooted my laptop before opening this report here and the issue persisted, now I don´t know exactly what happened but after a new reboot (needed to reboot after upgrading VMWare Player) the issue is gone, that dead column is working without issues. Hope this helps anyone having the same issue.
