Ok, one last update, I had already rebooted my laptop before opening this report here and the issue persisted, now I don´t know exactly what happened but after a new reboot (needed to reboot after upgrading VMWare Player) the issue is gone, that dead column is working without issues. Hope this helps anyone having the same issue.
Hey @visajack I don´t have the normal Opera installed here to test, that opera_elf.dll file that you said, is there a normal Opera version? If yes, if you copy it over the GX version does it solve the issue? Because people reported that the normal Opera is ok so I was wondering if it is something that was implemented here but not there yet

Just to provide more info that may help, my Opera GX version is LVL2 (core: 71.0.3770.205) and I´m on the Early Access stream. Also I checke and there are no pending updates for my Windows, probably the others on newer versions are on the Insider Preview Program, I´m not.
@leocg Win10 19041.508, I have a couple extensions installed (LastPass and "Install Chrome Extensions") but I don´t think that´s the issue as it only started after the first update of this week.
Also you said that you are having no issue, are you trying opening these URLs in Private mode? Because I tested here and it appears that in private mode the site opens fine, will test more and let you know.
@visajack can you also test if Private mode fix your issue?
@meiso-op what @leocg is saying is that by default Opera GX uses a dark color theme instead of Opera that allows you to choose between light and dark theme, based on that "configuration" some sites are loading their "dark theme" but for some bug they change the background to black but don´t change their font color. That is why this issue happens with some sites and others not, because the other probably didn´t implement that rule/configuration.
I´m having this same issue, instead of changing the configuration what I´m using as a workaround is selecting everything (ctrl+a) so the marked text will make it readable.
Well, that is a shame because the browser is really beautiful but that really breaks the look. Wish there was a way for that.
Ok, really thought that if it was only implemented the functionality to set the icon that you want for the messenger, just like I can do in my android phone, that wasn´t gonna be an issue just like it is ok in android environment.
They could add an option for the user to personalize the icons for the messengers and the community could create the icons like that, so we could replace without issues for Opera.
