Opera Mini Download Folder

Hi, please could someone explain why going to Download settings -> Download folder shows me the contents of My Device: data, sdcard, system etc. etc. - all the files on my device, some in bold some greyed out? How come Opera can read all that?! Who else can see this? Why is all that content in a Download folder / what has it got to do with downloads?! Thanks

@operanovice It show those folders so you can choose which one you want to use as your download folder.
