Extension Developer Forum?

I have written a browser extension that is compatible with Opera. One of my beta testers is an avid Opera user and so far he is using it via a "developer mode" install, and later, he'll use the "Install Chrome Extensions" add-on to install an extension from the Chrome web store.
I have a non-technical question about the Opera addons store and its requirements, but I couldn't find any obvious place to ask the question. Is there a forum for Opera developers, a mailing list, or whatever?

@leocg That's where I posted, but it looks like a forum for end-users, not developers and not Opera staff supporting developers. I don't see any other posts that are similar to my topic. I saw something in the Opera.Dev site that suggested asking questions on StackOverflow, but that's for technical questions. My question is about the two licensing options provided as options by Opera during the extension submission process.
The two licensing choices are (1) open source (does not apply to my software) or (2) the "Opera hosting license":
"With the Opera hosting license you keep all content rights, but allow Opera to make the extension available free of charge to users worldwide. Opera can make changes to the extension, if required to make it work properly."
Ouch! They can change the extension? My extension is not free, it requires a subscription, and it's worrisome they reserve the right to change the extension with "allow Opera to make the extension available free of charge to users worldwide"
I think I will probably give up trying to find a communication path and let Opera users install via the Chrome Web Store. I don't want to disappoint the beta tester who is an avid Opera user, but he can get it from the Chrome Web Store and he may end up being my only Opera user, so I can't justify the time to figure this out with the likely outcome that Opera won't offer a licensing option I can accept.
