[Solved] Display problems with https://www.wetteronline.de/

https://www.wetteronline.de/ is not displayed properly, as if no stylesheets are yoused to render the website. This seems to come and go with opera version updates. The current one has it, a few versions back it was ok.
Clearing the browser cache does not help.
Am I the only one seeing this? -

It is the built-in ad blocker. When I disable it, the website will be rendered properly.
