Bug with settings (toggle) and icons

Hi!
With current version i get multiple bugs.
Most sad bug is... this

What is this? At Opera - all good, at GX - this bug.
I reinstalled GX, i deleted profile and disabled all extensions.. but bug still persists.
I cant use this browser now.

I made Force delete of Opera GX, with all things (files and reg) and installed again.

And bug still exist.

Opera (without GX) working fine ( i can see switchers)
Prev version was good too (opera gx) but at new version - bug.

I reinstalled again Opera GX at other Disc and... nothing happened

@leocg dont know. now i have Win10 LTSC 1809 (17763.1282)

Maybe fonts or something missing.. or this is bug from OS.. other browser working good.
Opera - good too (but have bug at other place)
Only GX version comes with bug)

@leocg no. nothing changed.. i tried to update my drivers at gpu.. reinstalled browser + made update of system - Nothing changed... how...
