I have forgotten my phone password 1-2 weeks ago, I had to reset the phone and my two-step verification codes were gone and if the opera help team doesn't have the codes, you have to open a new account. I want help with this

I had to open a new account because if I log into my other account, it requires two-step verification.

@leocg I'm begging you Can you remove the two-step verification on the osmanemreTT_2016@hotmail.com account? I cannot access my data on my account.

@leocg said in two-step verification:
As Opera support told you in the e-mail, if you don't have a backup code, you will not be able to access your other account.
If I had it I wouldn't lose it, please help me everything depends on this account

@leocg I own the owner, but if I can't connect everything, I will have to start from scratch, is there no other way to verify

@osmanemre There isn't. There isn't even a way to verify that you are who you are saying.
The idea of two setps verification is to make things more difficult for those trying to get access to your account. If it was that easy to disable it, even by someone from Opera, it wouldn't make sense to have such feature.
