Office.com is blocked as unsafe. Why?

When my mother was trying to log in to her work e-mail at office.com today, she was put off by the message saying that the website is dangerous to visit. That made her call her workplace, scan the computer for viruses… Basically panic. Why is such a big site reported? Is it just a false positive?

You sure she didn't make a typo? When I visit the site I don't see anything.
