different layout on different page and ads loading issues

if i visited this categories [https://ong.ng/services] it does not give good layout on opera mini.

but when i navigate to another categories like (https://ong.ng/vehicles/cars) there will not be problem.

pls i need help. it is css issue or browser issue.. because i have the latest browser on my android phone.. i need expert advice
