Chromecast do not see how to enable tried changing Local State to ES .. it's "US"

Would like to be able to cast to either the TV or Chromecast. But in opera it's not working and I do not have the option to enable it.

@sderdau Chromecast support is not available in the US. Not sure if changing country code would change that.

Too bad ... The browser is seems pretty good so far except for this one problem. I like the fact it blocks ad's and the vpn features. Casting though is a big thing for many of us cord cutters here in the US. I did try changing the Local State file as mentioned from anther post and that didn't work .
