Hey man, how can I upload my GIFS here to use as wallpaper and share for everyone too?

You may go to opera easy set up if you use opera for window or computer and find out wallpaper box click to more wallpapers . Now seach your expected wallpaper and GIFS as far we know that opera does not support for GIFS but you may use animated wallpaper which looks like GIFS.The second rule is base on your opera account synchronization tab.
