I have the lates version of Opera, and have used it since the beginning. However, these days I always get a message that I need to install Adobe Flashplayer. My version is alway installed, and everything works well in other browsers like MS explorer. It is only Opera that do not understand that my Flashplayer is installed. SO, what do to ? Stop using Opera ??

I assume you mean Opera 22. What is your Operating system. Did you go to the Adobe Flash website in your Opera browser, and with it download and install the latest version of Flash? You may have flash installed on other browsers, but not for Opera.

I think it'd be better first to clarify:
Is it exactly Opera that gives you such 'messages'?
My point is that certain sites - video hostings - may include certain "notification" "pop-ups" or whatever, or like that.
I use all default players that are offered, and just ignore such "messages".
Another case - if it's exactly Opera says you lack something, or the Adobe player/plugin wants to upgrade - if their such settings are set to 'manual'.

You probably need to download Adobe Flash from Opera, because Internet Explorer does not use the same version of Flash that Opera does (IE uses an ActiveX-based Flash, AFAIK). You can also check if it is installed or not typing ''Opera://plugins'' (without quotes) in the address bar. That will also help to know if it's activated, or if you're running the latest version (which is 14.0.0.125). If it's not installed (or if an update is required), download Adobe Flash here (from Opera): get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

I am only using Opera, so that is also where I install Flash from. Will give it another try though, and thanks for comments and advice !
