Opera Browser suggestion: add Bookmarks with edit

hi.
Sometimes when i bookmark a site i also want to edit the URL at once.
But this is yet only possible after bookmarking by editing it.
Why not also before when bookmarking?
Every 2nd bookmarked URL has a tracking tail that has to be deleted. And i am not alone.

Delete the tail first? That's what I generally do.

Yes, i mean the URL tail for tracking purposes etc., like in Facebook-Links and many more:
