[Solved]Uncertain red error icon.

Opera GX gets annoyingly red error icon. I can't see the reason.

Update:
I cleared the completed downloads and the icon is back to normal. Why did this happen? My Downloads smoothly.

@onrdrsy It's to indicate that there are some broken downloads in your download list. Once you cleared the list, the warning red icon went back to normal.

@leocg yes, the problem is resolved even though I don't see the broken download. Thanks for the answer.
