addons on the static sidebar

There is no option to add addons on the left sidebar, I have to turn on the real addons app bar whick makes me less space and some websites are not lookign quite good with both left sidebars turned on. So there should be ONLY one, the one which is connected with the " O "and the address/tabs bar.

@pipetko In Opera developer, sidebar and extensions sidebar are merged.
